Return and Exchange Guide

Quality-Related Returns:

If the product you received is damaged, missing components, or not as described, you have the right to initiate a return.

Non-Quality Returns:

For returns not related to product quality, such as dissatisfaction or wrong purchase, the return must usually be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the product, and the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period starts from the date you received the product. If the product fails due to quality problems (not caused by your misuse or damage) during the warranty period, we will accept the return.

1. We provide a 30-day manufacturer's warranty for defective products, except for products that are damaged after receipt or misuse or transportation causes problems.

2. Defective goods must be reported and returned within the warranty period, preferably in the original packaging. Please inform us of the defect and provide your order number. We do not accept returns outside the warranty period.

Quality Assurance:

We have a dedicated quality control team who carefully check every item from suppliers and manufacturers to prevent the shipment of defective products. We typically ship items using a flat rate; however, for expedited shipping methods, customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us.

Special Instructions:

For warranty claims within the warranty period, please provide the following evidence:

1. Photos of the front and back of the original packaging.

2. Photos or videos of the defective product.

3. Photos, videos, or screenshots showing product failure.

What to do if the item you received is damaged:

If your shipment is physically damaged due to rough handling by the courier:

If possible, report the problem to the courier's delivery representative before signing for it. They can guide you through the complaint process.

If you have already signed for the package, take photos of the damage and contact the local courier to file a complaint. They will have procedures in place to assist you in obtaining compensation.
